We are a small business and can only offer exchanges at this time. 

Why do we only do exchanges? For several reasons, we can not resell hats when they are returned to us. For hygiene reasons: We have had many issues in the past with returned hats with make-up residue, hair etc. within the hats after customers have tried them on or used them for photoshoots.

Secondly, we pack our hats as carefully as possible, but UPS and USPS are quite rough with the boxes, Even if a return is packed with meticulous care, oftentimes it arrives back to us in unsellable condition. (Our hats are made from all-natural palm leaves and seagrass, not synthetic foldable plastics or fibers. Therefore, our hats are not smushable or foldable). 

Hats (like lampshades) are super lightweight/fragile yet require large boxes due to their dimensions. Therefore, what happens is UPS and USPS smush our large and lightweight boxes during the return trips back to us (by placing heavier boxes within their trucks on top of our extremely lightweight/large boxes). These hats are then unsellable for us and we have not only lost the cost of the hat, we have lost time, materials and shipping costs on your end and ours.
