Shipping policy

Orders placed within the continental USA are shipped via UPS or USPS at the carrier's automatically generated price based on package size, weight, and distance. 

International orders are typically shipped via USPS (standard postal service), unless otherwise requested by the customer via email. If an international customer requires Fedex, DHL or UPS for their international order, an additional shipping invoice will be sent. 

Estimated shipping time is shown at checkout and is generated automatically by the selected carrier. This is the shipping estimate after the package has been processed by the carrier. 

Please note, Sarah Bray Bermuda takes pride in taking extra care and attention to detail when preparing your order. Each hat requires different preparation and quality control checks before shipping. Most orders placed Monday-Friday are fulfilled within 5 business days after the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by email.

Due to the fact that we can't resell worn hats for sanitary reasons: Exchanges on full-priced items are always accepted at any time. Shipping charges are not refunded. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
